how much site credit do i earn?
you will receive a site credit equivalent to every dollar you spend on fragrance samplers ($10 per pack). site credit/discounts must be redeemed in separate orders and cannot be combined.

where is my site credit?
the code for your site credit/discount is printed on the card included with your fragrance sampler delivery. if you need a new code, please do not hesitate to contact us.

is the cost of shipping included in my site credit?
only the cost of the fragrance sampler ($10) will be awarded to you in the form of a site credit/discount.

can i use a sample more than once?
it depends how much product you use. some customers comfortably use one lotion sample packette 2-3 times and perfume vial 5-10 times. please note that you cannot re-seal the lotion sample packette once it has been opened.

are sample sales final?
fragrance samplers are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
