kai uses a variety of shipping carriers. if your address is not deliverable by a particular carrier, please call our customer service department to place your order 888-496-3505.
shipping methods and costs
the shipping & handling cost for your order is based on the total number of items in your cart.
orders are shipped monday-friday, excluding federal holidays.
you may also choose to expedite shipping for an additional charge. expedited orders must be received by 11:59 a.m. pst to be processed the same business day.
we do not offer saturday delivery.
orders are shipped without a signature required for delivery. please call kai's customer service department to order if you require signature confirmation. (an additional $3.00 signature fee will apply.)
kai currently offers three shipping methods:
delivery occurs in 3 to 10 business days after processing.
expedited ( priority mail )
delivery occurs 2 to 3 business days after processing.
overnight ( fed ex )
delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing.

$6.95 flat fee +$1.00 per item
expedited 2-3 day shipping rates :
standard shipping + $10
overnight shipping rates :
standard shipping + $25
alaska, hawaii, puerto rico, guam, p.o. boxes and apo/fpo
standard and overnight shipping are not available for orders shipping to these locations. delivery to a stateside apo/fpo box will be made in 10 business days. actual delivery time to the recipient's location may take up to a total of 30 business days or more.

canada standard shipping rates. call for other available methods of shipping. standard delivery for canada may vary. no expedited or overnight delivery is available. certain products are not available for shipment to some canadian addresses. canada post will not be an option for all addresses, but may be required for some destinations
refusal of delivery
products returned to kai's warehouse due to non-delivery or refusal will receive a refund for the merchandise and any tax paid, however shipping charges are non-refundable.

international shipping restricts any hazardous or flammable items to ship overseas, at this moment our eau de parfume and room linen spray are not able to ship overseas. we apologize for any inconvenience this may present. international customers will be notified to remove restricted items during checkout.
